Description

“Wherever you are in your life, especially if you find yourself in a rut or wondering what’s next, run to this course! (It) fits into the busiest schedule, and small steps do add up to the biggest aha moments. As a busy mom and nonprofit leader, I have literally gotten to know myself again–and guess what? I like me! I just had to remember that. Saya has found a simple, fun way to help overthinkers like me slow down and enjoy the process. I can’t recommend this enough for any and everyone!”

Why Take the Course?

“There are so, so many self-help books and courses out there. SO many. This course felt different to me though because it required ME to do the work and come up with my own answers. While most courses and books are simply reflective, Saya’s course said ‘Here’s some ideas, take them or leave them, but the trade off is give me back something of you.’ I was able to do that and more! I’m not quite sure what the “it” factor is in this course that makes it so much more special and valuable than other courses. I think Saya’s strategy of incorporating videos and using Notion helped make it more interactive, accessible, and creative. It allowed for a nice balance of accountability and individuality-no pressure, but check in, please! ALSO, no fluff. No ethereal target to hit. No perfection. Just explore yourself. This course is like digging in the dirt, but on a computer. 10/10 recommend!”

Are you looking for answers to “What am I passionate about?” “What do I want to do?” “Where am I going?”

Are you seen only as a parent, caretaker, spouse, employee, business owner — have you lost yourself?

Does doing something for yourself sound unusual, desired, nice?

Learn steps to create a life that fits youyour definition of success, your values, boundaries, and wants, your ideal lifestyle — framed through Saya’s relatable philosophies and experiences.

The poster child of action, path-straying, not concerning self with others’ expectations or reactions, and knowing and valuing self, Saya uses charisma, humor, vulnerability, and a dash of TMI to be a breath of fresh air on universal topics. Through her shares about being a success and a failure, Saya lessens overwhelm and isolation, and creates light-bulb moments that result in an immediate blueprint for your ideal life — your Life of Yes℠ — you can’t wait to implement.

Built into the course are materials to help you reflect and apply what you learn to your own life. You’ll determine your first steps towards your revamped life, cultivate resilience, self-worth, and out of box and growth mindsets, and redefine and achieve success that fits you.

Workbook + Graduation Project

Your trusty sidekick throughout the course is the Life of Yes℠ Workbook. Each course lesson is accompanied by an applicable workbook activity that helps you apply Life of Yes℠ and Saya’s musings to your life.

After you complete the course, the final step to graduation is your Life of Yes℠ Blueprint. Using the provided guidelines, prompts, and resources in the workbook, create a blueprint for yourself that answers your Compass Question and provides you direction.

To offer and gather inspiration, knowledge, and accountability, you’re encouraged to share your workbook activities and your final blueprint with the community. This is also a wonderful way to get feedback and cheerleading from Saya (without having to pay her consulting fees [winky face]).

Time Commitment

This is an estimate, as many of the activities are very individual — what one person may spend two minutes on, another may spend twenty minutes on. There’s no right amount of time to spend on the open-ended activities. Do what fits you and your life; do what feels good, always.

  • Course & platform intro: 30 minutes
  • Course video: 70 minutes
  • Workbook activities: 2 hours
  • Graduation project: 90 minutes

Testimonials

“I am blown away by how you adapted the Life of Yes course from in person to virtual. I’ve taken it three’ish times before, it never stops being relevant. I still have the paper I made the first class, a decade ago. I like seeing how other people answer the same questions while going at my own pace. It’s making me soak up the learnings over multiple weeks. It lets me deeply soak in each one of these concepts over time and helps to hear what other people have to say because it gives me my own ideas of what I might want to say. It allows me to dream bigger. Like, you are brilliant. There is ZERO bad anything about this course—you have legit thought of everything. I feel like this has been a cure for scrolling some nights. Scrolling doesn’t have meaning; doing this course does. It makes me feel like I am using my time on earth well. The course is so easily a pseudo-book despite it not being in the book format. I love that you live your life by your own rules. It also makes it easier to deny you ever left Chicago since you are still ‘here’ but like online. HA. You are amazing. THANKS!”

“When I started the course, I was at a point of my life where things had gone south. And while it was rough, I realized maybe this is a blessing: that I can look into what I truly want to do in life and how to show up that way. That’s why I took the Life of Yes course. And it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This isn’t just a course where someone gives you a spiel on ‘how to make yourself happy forever’ or ‘the three things you must do to achieve true happiness.’ No, I did soul-searching here. I cried here. I laughed here (Saya is hilarious!). But most importantly, I dug into who I want to be. And it’s more than the surface-deep of ‘I want to be happy.’ It’s a transformation of the person who felt broken, and now feels empowered to live her life on her terms. To no longer be afraid of jumping into the pool. To do things scared and to fail spectacularly and take it all in without guilt or shame around it. Life will still hit ya sometimes with the sucky-ness, but LOY taught me that all of the parts that makes us human are the parts that makes us special, and what makes up special makes us be bold enough to do the things we want to do. This is the only course I feel really captured how I want to be. If you are feeling at a crossroads, and know there’s something deep down in your core that should be bursting out, TAKE THIS COURSE. It is eye-opening, life-changing, and just pretty damn good!”

“Your Life of Yes workshop totally changed my worldview and I’m doing my best to continue living it out.”

“Working with Saya has helped me develop my own internal compass and lean into a life in alignment with my values and sense of self.”

“(Saya is) like my personal trainer but for adulting, not burpees.”

“You gave concrete suggestions for current/future participants to take ownership of their lives and story. In addition, you provided tools that gave instant opportunities for implementation. Your class was the perfect balance of individual agency and collective, collaborative behaviors that move the needle in a real, measurable (and meaningful) way. I can’t say enough good things about you and your no-nonsense approach to harnessing your own potential.”

“Her steps for leading a life of yes were really helpful and inspiring and I’ve already started taking action on many of them.”

“I truly enjoyed your class! I have been really struggling to find a self-purpose and you gave me the tools to jump start my discovery of that.”

“Sometimes we all need to take a moment to really reflect on where we are and what we’re doing, and if those two things are acceptable to us. If you find that either one of those things isn’t bringing you joy, fulfillment or meeting your needs in some way, then this is a great class to take. Saya presents a number of excellent tools that help refocus, realign, and realize where your blocks might be, and gives practical tools for working through them. And even if you’re in a great place in your life, it’s always possible to find deeper and richer experiences — and this course can help you to do that.”
