Book Mac & Cheese: Residential Cleaning

Thank you for having Mac & Cheese come out for some sparkle & shine!

Before you book, please give the following policies a gander.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, we get it. If you need to cancel or skip a cleaning , give M&C at least a five business days heads up. That will give time to reshuffle the schedule and you’ll get a credit for a future cleaning. While all attempts will be made to reschedule you for as soon as possible, we do book up so there’s a possibility there will be a wait before we’re able to come out.

If a cancellation is made with less than five business days notice, the full price of your cleaning will be charged. Once M&C has accepted your job request, Mac & Cheese has committed your appointment to the schedule and cannot accept other clients during that time — last-minute cancellations lead to unfillable time slots. We understand that oops! happen; we also value and hope others value our time.

Rescheduling Policy
If M&C shows up but is unable to clean because of an oops! on your part — forgetting to leave a key, forgetting to let us know you wanted to reschedule, etc. — a $50 charge will be assessed and required to be paid before we come back out.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds unless Mac & Cheese is (uncharacteristically) unable to keep an appointment. This includes pre-payment of the last session for recurring clients.

Tipping Policy
No tipping. Tipping causes people stress — How much? Should I, shouldn’t I? What if I don’t want to but feel like I have to? M&C removes that angst. Don’t (traditionally) tip. We’d love if tipped us though through spreading the word about Mac & Cheese Productions℠. Since M&C started in 2004, we’ve been 100% word of mouth because of people like you.

Booking Options: Zelle or Venmo

  1. Go to whichever option you prefer below and when asked for an email address to send the money to, enter: saya@macncheeseproductions.com (unless stipulated otherwise)
    • If it asks for a phone number, just deselect that option/ignore
    • If it asks for a name, enter: Saya Hillman
  2. When asked for an amount, enter your quote + any Add On fees
  3. Zelle preferred if you’re a recurring client as you can set up Autopay and lessen our To Do’s

OPTION ONE → Zelle (Chase customernon Chase customer)

  • Linked to your bank account
  • You do NOT need to be a Chase customer to use Zelle
  • Never any fees for either party
  • It may say you’re sending money to “Mac”; that’s ok!, that’s Mac as in Mac & Cheese Productions℠

OPTION TWO → Venmo

  • The above link will take you to Saya (“Saya-Hillman”)
  • Pay using money you have in Venmo,  your bank account or debit card, or a credit card
  • No fees when you use your Venmo Balance, bank account, or debit card
  • Fee when you use a credit card
