You know those people who immediately command attention? Who can stand up in any setting, start talking, and have their audience eating out of their hands, whether it’s a presentation, job interview, or wedding toast? Ever thought, “Yeah, that’s never going to be me”?

Then this workshop is for you.

Confidence and charisma don’t happen overnight, but they can be learned–and practiced. Using theatre and improv games as an onramp for upping your public speaking game, we focus on knowledge and hands-on learning that can help you get better on the spot AND use later on to keep improving as you go.

What will I learn?

This 2.5-hour session stresses positivity, encouragement, creativity, and self-actualization to help you learn:

  • How to deliver practiced and off-the-cuff material
  • How to maximize your preparation
  • How to identify what you do well–so you can do more of it
  • Quick tips for relaxing so you can have more poise in pressure situations
  • 3 essential components of presenting and speaking well
  • Why there’s no substitute for “putting yourself out there”

Whom is this for?

Anyone who wants to command a room’s attention, improve their poise and presence, or simply learn fundamentals for presenting material, including settings like:

  • Client presentations
  • Job interviews
  • Networking events
  • Speeches
