Meet Patience, a boy from Rwanda // BC Cares
When the person on the stairclimber next to her is talking on his/her phone, when the just-bought avocado she cut into is rotten, when a train goes by just as she gets to the turnstile, Saya has to remind herself that her problems really aren’t problems.
One day, perhaps she’ll be able to write a check to help others less fortunate.
Until then, she tries to help via means she does have — time, organizational skills, an expansive network, $5 or $10 here and there… An example: Family-Building Fundraiser, A Night of Comedy!
